We're looking for a QA Engineer with hands-on experience in mobile application testing (Android and iOS). You'll be a part of our QA team, helping ensure high-quality products. If you also have experience testing embedded firmware, that's a strong plus.

You will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing test cases for mobile apps, ensuring products meet functional and non-functional requirements. Day-to-day work includes creating and maintaining test documentation, performing manual and automated testing, logging and tracking defects, and collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and designers to resolve issues. The role involves contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes, maintaining high quality standards, and supporting releases through regression testing and verification of fixes. You will also participate in sprint activities, provide clear feedback on product quality, and help refine acceptance criteria and technical specifications.

Mobile Validation
Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases tailored specifically for mobile operating systems.
Defect Management
Identify, document, and track bugs with clear, highly technical reproduction steps and log reporting.
Process Evolution
Proactively contribute to our overarching QA strategy and refine our internal testing pipelines.
Cross-Functional Alignment
Work directly with developers and product managers to isolate edge cases and improve product stability before release.
What you bring
- 2+ years of verified experience in software quality assurance, with a heavy emphasis on testing native mobile applications.
- Deep, practical understanding of both Android and iOS ecosystem behaviors, design guidelines, and constraints.
- Solid grasp of modern QA methodologies, defect tracking systems, and exploratory testing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and direct, clear communication skills.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience testing embedded systems, connected devices, or IoT firmware.
- Proficiency in German.
